 I’m not here to give you some robotic "about me" that lists a bunch of certificates. Instead, I want to tell you where I came from, what I believe in, and why I created this space for people like you. I was born and raised in Turkey, and I studied logistics at Yaşar University. Even during my student years, movement, discipline, and performance were always central to my life. Over time, that passion led me into CrossFit, HYROX, Olympic weightlifting, and functional fitness. <figure class="editor-fig-img"><img class="editor-img " src="https://cdn.myikas.com/images/9bea99b2-d1c2-436e-b690-1ad1b197b9d0/d215ce72-431d-4e84-9fa7-f0f7311eee96/image_1080.webp" alt="" width="800" height="1200" style="max-width: 100%; aspect-ratio: 800 / 1200;"><figcaption class="editor-fig-cap"></figcaption></figure> I’ve had experiences across Europe, including the Netherlands, where I grew both as a person and an athlete. Eventually, I received a job offer from Kuwait — and I made the move, ready for a new chapter. Today, I work full-time as a coach and athlete at Spark Athletic Center in Kuwait. I train clients 1-on-1, lead group sessions, and continue to compete professionally — all while helping others unlock their potential through smart, focused training. My journey includes completing half-marathons, stepping on competition podiums, earning international certifications, and building a growing community of athletes and clients. But beyond all the achievements, what truly defines me is the resilience behind them — the early mornings, the setbacks, the grind, and the joy of coming back stronger each time.
